What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping is done free of cost.
How long will it take for the products to reach me?
Please refer to the product page for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for more accuracy as delivery times may vary with each product. Moreover, If you have placed an order with more than one item, please note that your items may arrive in multiple shipments. The estimated delivery times are indicative, and in some circumstances, there might be some unavoidable delays that are beyond our control. We will keep you informed in case of any delay in delivery.
My order dispatch is delayed. What can I do?
We will try our best to get your products to you within the estimated delivery times. If the package has not reached you by the expected delivery date, please write to us at email@example.com and we will try our best to resolve your issues in a timely manner.
My order has been shipped. How can I track it?
We are working on creating a tracking system. Please stay tuned.
What is the return policy?
Most of our products are eligible for return or replacements. There are some products that are made to order which are not eligible for returns. The return and exchange policy for every product is mentioned on the product page itself. Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If the product is eligible for return/ replacement, you can raise the return/ replacement request by email within 7 days of delivery to request return and replacement. Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with all their labels and tags completely intact and in original packaging for them to be eligible for return.
How will returns be processed?
Once a request to return a product has been made, a pick up will be organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. Once the return is successful, your refund will be initiated from our end.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order by writing to us at firstname.lastname@example.org
**Asha Bangar reserves the right to cancel any product order without pre-confirming with the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer in order to confirm product quality and quantity.
How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In the case of orders that have been prepaid, money will be returned back to the original bank account/credit/debit card. For Cash on Delivery orders, customers are required to provide bank details/UPI ID where they intend to receive the refund.
How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation. In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been picked up by our courier partner and product has been inspected.
Can I return or exchange part of my order?
Absolutely. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery. Please do note there are some items that are not returnable or exchangeable.
